Description
Elder berry provides comfort to fall upper respiratory infections by colds/flu. Heat water until boiling begins. Add 1 tsp of herb to boiling water. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes then strain. Allow tea to sit for 3-5 minutes before drinking.

Contraindications: None Known. Seeds, bark, and unripe fruit may cause vomiting or severe diarrhea.
